As you listen to this recording, find a comfortable and quiet place to relax without interruptions. I highly recommend using headphones or earbuds to immerse yourself in the experience completely.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Allow yourself to sink into a state of deep relaxation and let go of any tension in your body.
Be open to the experience and let the words wash over you.
Take a few moments to bask in the feeling of freedom and release when the recording ends. Then, when you are ready, slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment, feeling refreshed and renewed.
I suggest listening to this recording as much as you feel is required or revisiting it when you think you need it.
